1/ PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT

In the course of its business, MIDIPY SARL, whose registered office is located at 11 rue SAINT AUBIN – 31 000 TOULOUSE, collects and processes information, some of which is referred to as “personal data”. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/definition/donnee-personnelle).

In accordance with the obligations arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter RGPD), Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 known as the “Loi Informatique et Libertés” as amended, and Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy, MIDIPY SARL is committed to ensuring that the processing of personal data carried out respects the rights and freedoms of the holders of personal data.

MIDIPY SARL attaches great importance to respect for privacy and only uses personal data when it is strictly necessary for a specific purpose (objective) clearly indicated to the data owner. Personal data is only collected after the data owner has been informed and, where appropriate, given his or her consent. It is validly collected (buttons and/or checkboxes requiring action by the Internet user), free, informed (after information) and concerns only one purpose at a time.

MIDIPY SARL is responsible for processing the data collected on the https://www.midipy.fr website.

3/ TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED BY OUR SITE

On the https://www.midipy.fr website, 2 types of data are likely to be collected:

Data transmitted directly
These data are those you send us directly, via the contact form. They are necessary to enable us to respond to the request made via the form. These are the “last name – first name” and “email” fields. The “your message” input space allows the author to formulate and specify his or her request.

Automatically collected data: cookies
A reminder about cookies: these are small files stored on your computer by the server hosting the website, which enable your web browsing data to be collected. 4/ PURPOSE AND RECIPIENTS OF COLLECTED DATA

The data you send us directly via the contact form is used to respond to your requests and to contact you if necessary. They are received by Philippe Granet. They are then sent to the department(s) concerned by your request. They are used by MIDIPY SARL strictly for internal purposes and will never be transferred to a third party or used for any other purpose than those detailed above. They are kept for the time necessary to process your request.

The data collected automatically, the cookies, are not given to third parties or used for purposes other than those detailed on https://www.midipy.fr/politique-cookies/.

When you make a purchase on the website, credit card numbers are not recorded by MIDIPY SARL, which has no access to them. All transactions are secured and managed in the environment of MIDIPY SARL’s financial service provider, in compliance with current banking and data protection regulations. The service provider is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd (SPEL) https://stripe.com/fr.

As a reminder of good security practice, if, to facilitate future purchases, you are asked to register your credit card on a service provider’s site during online payment, we invite you not to do so in order to avoid any risk of breach of confidentiality of your data.

5/ LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

In the case of data that you communicate directly to us via the contact form(s), the legal basis is your consent, obtained by ticking a box before sending the form.

Essential” cookies are purely technical and do not require authorization. For other cookies, the legal basis is your consent, obtained by clicking on the “Accept all” button in the cookie management tool, or by ticking boxes and clicking on the “Save” button in the cookie management tool. The cookie management tool is displayed on your first visit and can be accessed at any time by clicking on the pictogram at the bottom left of your screen. It allows you to modify your consent.

Any data you send us directly via the contact form(s) will only be kept for as long as is necessary to process your request.
Automatically collected data (cookies) is kept only for the period specified on https://www.midipy.fr/politique-cookies/.

Accept or decline cookies

Click on Cookies.
In the “All cookies and site data” section, search for the name of the website.
To the right of the site, click on Delete.

MIDIPY SARL undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of information collected by its website https://www.midipy.fr and in particular undertakes to ensure that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons or to persons who do not have a strict need to access it in order to meet the purposes for which it was collected. In accordance with its obligations, if an incident impacting the integrity, availability or confidentiality of customer information is brought to the attention of MIDIPY SARL, the latter must, after informing the CNIL, inform the customer as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken.
